These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TBR Algo website, dashboards, software, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
2. Account & Security
Your Responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
Account Security
You are responsible for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized use.
3. License & Acceptable Use
License Granted
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal or internal business purposes.
You agree NOT to:
- •Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
- •Share, resell, redistribute, or publicly disclose non‑public content (including trading signals) without permission.
- •Scrape, automate at abusive rates, bypass access controls, or misuse APIs.
- •Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes, or to infringe others' rights.
4. Payments, Renewals, and Cancellations
Subscription
Some features require a paid subscription. Pricing and plan details are shown at checkout.
Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions typically auto‑renew until cancelled. You can cancel before the renewal date to avoid future charges. Current checkout is processed via Whop.
Taxes
Taxes may apply based on your location.
5. Refunds
Due to the nature of digital access and market risk, subscriptions are generally non‑refundable once activated. You may cancel anytime before your next renewal to avoid future charges. Exceptions may be made for duplicate charges, fraudulent/unauthorized transactions, or where required by law. See our Return Policy for full details.
6. Risk Disclosure – No Financial Advice
Important Risk Warning
Trading involves substantial risk. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Use of the Service is at your own risk. Best alignment occurs when following the documented setup including broker configuration (see FAQs #4 and #6 on spreads and setup).
7. Third‑Party Services
We integrate with third parties to operate the Service:

8. Intellectual Property
We retain all rights, title, and interests in and to the Service, including software, algorithms, content, and branding, subject to your limited license above.
9. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud/abuse, or to comply with law. You may stop using the Service at any time. Certain provisions survive termination (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability).
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error‑free operation.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
13. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify the Service (including features and offerings) and these Terms. We will post updated Terms with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
